New Clients
The office visit ($80) must be paid down to book the first appointment. Cancelling for a refund must be within 24 hour’s notice. It will contribute to your final bill.
Prescription Requests
Prescription requests made through outside pharmacies might be subject to a $12 fee.
Missed Appointments
Missed appointments with no notice of cancellation within 24 hours are owed the office visit fee of $80.
